[1] The protection and utilization of a natural spring for agricultural needs and a fish farm. There is also a need for reforestation and other conservation measures.
Skills and interests: Water engineer, dam construction skills, forestry training, agricultural and fish farming expertise. People who are interested in planting trees and help with construction projects.
